Bryan issues statement on the death of former President Jimmy Carter

CHRISTIANSTED — Governor Albert Bryan Issued the following statement Monday mourning the passing of the 39th President of the United States of America, President Jimmy Carter:

Through his leadership at the Carter Center, he championed human rights, eradicated diseases, and brought hope to countless communities worldwide.
