New enrollment location in St. Thomas to serve both cruise passengers and the public, operating on select dates to coincide with cruise ship arrivals, offering greater convenience for conditionally approved applicants

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced today that starting August 7, conditionally approved Global Entry applicants can walk in for their interview without needing an appointment at the WICO Pier in St. Thomas.

This new enrollment location is the first of its kind in St. Thomas, primarily serving the cruise community but also open to the general public for walk-in interviews. On the deployment day, the Global Entry location at the WICO dock will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., coinciding with the arrival of the Enchanted Princess and Norwegian Breakaway.
