Chef Kerish Robles Helps Shape Virgin Islands Culinary Industry

It is quite fitting that the melting pot of cultures that is St. Thomas, Virgin Islands would give birth to culinary expert Kerish Robles. After 17 years in the education and food industry, Kerish has been selected to create a new culinary arts program at the University of the Virgin Islands.
