D’Moi M. Hodge shines as LA Lakers defeat Charlotte Hornets -Hodge was the second top scorer with 16 points

LAS VEGAS, Nevada, USA- [British] Virgin Islands basketball talent D’Moi M. Hodge continues to make the best of his two-way player contract with the Los Angeles Lakers and showing off the reason the Lakers front office brought him on board.

In the Lakers’ 93-75 win over the Charlotte Hornets in Las Vegas on Sunday, July 9, 2023, Hodge logged 16 points, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 blocks and a steal to finish second on the team in scoring.

Another player on a similar 2-way contract like Hodge, Colin Castleton, led the way with 21 points, 14 rebounds and three assists.

The Lakers were coming off a Friday night victory over the Golden State Warriors. Hodge had 11 points in that game.
