Elderly Woman Found Unresponsive in St. John Home, Pronounced Dead

ST. JOHN — A 92-year-old woman was pronounced dead on arrival (DOA) by the V.I. Police Department officers on Thursday in Estate Grunwald, St. John. The deceased was identified as Lucy Fessale-Ferguson, originally from St. Lucia.

According to the police report, the incident was reported at approximately 10:51 p.m. on the same day. The report detailed that a male, who had brought dinner to his mother, found her unresponsive. He immediately sought help from emergency medical services. Despite attempts at life-saving measures, Fessale-Ferguson succumbed to her ailments.
