Pure Grenada Excellence Champion Program Set To Return

With pride, 1,314 hotel and customer service employees in Grenada, Carriacou, and Petite Martinique have received training from the Pure Grenada Excellence Champion Program. The program is scheduled to restart in Grenada on October 09, 2023, having resumed in September on the sister island of Carriacou.

This revolutionary approach to customer service, put in place by the Grenada Tourism Authority, is a thorough training program that is carefully planned to foster an exceptional culture and elevate the bar for service quality on the island to improve visitors’ overall experience.

According to Randall Dolland, chairman of the Grenada Tourism Authority, “We understand that it’s important to make training programs that would foster improvement among them and encourage them to be their best selves every day by simply having the free access to register and join the programs.” For this reason, the GTA is committed to continuing this program indefinitely.

The Chairman said, “We will be able to provide excellent service, and Grenada will be known for having the friendliest and most professional people once we can train our people in critical mass.”

All interested business owners and their teams can obtain the Pure Grenada Excellence Champion for free.
