USVI U-20 Women’s Team Departs for CONCACAF Qualifiers in the Dominican Republic

The U.S. Virgin Islands Under-20 Women’s National Team is on its way to the Dominican Republic, ready to take on the region’s best in the CONCACAF 2025 Under-20 Qualifiers. Representing the territory on the international stage, the Lady Dashing Eagles will kick off their campaign against Puerto Rico on Feb. 20 at 4:00 p.m. AST, with matches streaming live on FS2, Tubi, Disney+, and CONCACAF Go, depending on the region.

The road ahead won’t be easy. After facing Puerto Rico, the team will take on El Salvador on Feb. 22 before closing out group play against Honduras on Feb. 24. But the Lady Dashing Eagles are ready, coaches said. Months of training, preparation, and sheer determination have led to this moment, and the squad is eager to prove itself on the field.

A talented roster of young athletes will represent the Virgin Islands, including Mylee Bendinelli, Olivia Crikelair, Lita Frost, Zaniya Gonzague, Johanna James, Kirsten Jones, Lauren Jones, Kyliz Osorio, Angelina Quezada, Isabella Quezada, Maya Schultz, Neah Williams, and Vigga Tyson, with Acacia Simmonds on reserve. Their hard work and dedication have been evident in every practice, and now, the stage is set for them to bring that energy to the competition, according to organizers.

Guiding them is an experienced coaching staff led by Head Coach Stephan De Four, along with Assistant Coach Peter Pierre, Team Trainer Kirk Goldson, Physio Kern Maloney, and Goalkeeper Coach Carlos Quezada. Team Manager Andrea Crikelair has been instrumental in keeping the team prepared and focused for what lies ahead.
