ST. CROIX — A 28-year-old man, Adrian Pinto, has been arrested and charged with first-degree unlawful sexual contact, as announced by the V.I. Police Department. The arrest stems from allegations involving a minor female relative. The incident came to light when the minor, accompanied by an adult female, visited the Wilbur H.
