St. Thomas Gains New Air Link to St. Kitts & Nevis as Cape Air Expands Service

Cape Air’s latest route connects St. Thomas to St. Kitts & Nevis, fostering greater regional ties and tourism growth. The airline’s recent service to Anguilla continues to boost inter-Caribbean connectivity.

ST. THOMAS — Virgin Islanders now have an additional travel option to their Caribbean neighbors as Cape Air introduces a new route between St. Thomas and St. Kitts & Nevis. Starting December 7, the regional carrier will operate flights four days a week, connecting St. Thomas to St. Kitts and Nevis. Marsha Henderson, Tourism Minister for St. Kitts, expressed enthusiasm for the new service, highlighting the potential to strengthen both tourism and inter-island relations. “We are delighted to welcome Cape Air to St. Kitts as they expand their network to include these key destinations,” she said, noting that the flights would foster deeper economic and cultural connections across the region.

This new route builds upon Cape Air's recent addition of daily service to Anguilla from St. Thomas, which was launched last month. Anguilla’s Tourism Minister Haydn Hughes welcomed the new flights, noting the strong ties between Anguilla and the USVI. “The ties between Anguilla and the USVI are deep,” he said, adding that the new connection would greatly benefit both “Anguillans in the diaspora and those who wish to visit our respective destinations.”
