COVID virus reaches ESHS’s senior school! Classes return online

At least one positive case of COVID-19 has reportedly been found at the Elmore Stoutt High School’s (ESHS) senior campus at Pasea.

The discovery means the school’s campus has now been closed and students and teachers have been asked to revert to online schooling for the remainder of the school term.

Parents and teachers were reportedly advised of this development sometime last evening.

Meanwhile, close contacts of the single case discovered at the senior school so far reportedly have been placed in quarantine. These include students and teachers, BVI understands.
