U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS– Governor Albert Bryan Jr. will be attending the annual Sea Trade Conference this week in Miami, Florida, from April 8 – 11. The Governor will be leading a delegation of Virgin Islands officials to promote the territory as a premier destination for cruise tourism and maritime business.
“The Sea Trade Conference is a critical platform to connect with industry leaders and showcase the many advantages the Virgin Islands offers to the global maritime community,” said Governor Bryan. “Our beautiful islands, rich history, and cultural offerings make us an ideal destination for cruise lines and maritime businesses alike.”
During the conference, Governor Bryan will be participating in a number of events, including:
* A panel discussion on the future of cruise tourism in the Caribbean
* Meetings with executives from major cruise lines and maritime companies
* A reception to promote the Virgin Islands to industry partners
The Governor will also be highlighting the territory’s recent investments in its ports and infrastructure, as well as its commitment to sustainable tourism practices.
